Public pages describe Viventa Academy's programs, memberships, and policies for informational purposes. Program details, schedules, and availability may change.
Accounts
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential.
- A parent or guardian is responsible for their family account and for any student account requested for their child.
- Notify us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization.
Parent and guardian responsibility
A parent or legal guardian must create the family account, submit the application, and accept required agreements. Children may not register themselves.
Appropriate use
- Use the site and portals only for legitimate purposes related to your family's participation.
- Communicate respectfully with staff, instructors, students, and other families.
Prohibited activity
- Attempting to access accounts, families, students, classes, or records that are not yours.
- Probing, scanning, or interfering with the security or availability of the service.
- Scraping, copying, or redistributing Viventa materials outside your family's own use.
- Uploading unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- Impersonating another person or misrepresenting a relationship to a student.
Intellectual property and trademarks
The Viventa Academy site, curriculum, framework materials, badges, and certificates are owned by Viventa Academy. Viventa Passport™, the Viventa Method™, the Viventa Competency Framework™, Growth Path™, and Life Challenges™ are trademarks of Viventa Academy. Materials provided to families are licensed for personal, non-commercial family use only.
User-submitted content
Where students or families submit projects, messages, or other content, you retain ownership of what you submit and grant Viventa Academy permission to use it for the operation of the program — for example instructor review, progress records, and Viventa Passport™ entries. Public or promotional use of a student's image or work is governed separately by optional media consent.
Third-party services
The service relies on third-party hosting, payment processing, and email delivery providers. Their handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or provider issues may cause temporary interruption.
Disclaimers and limitations
The website and portal content are provided as-is for the operation of Viventa Academy's programs. Information published here is not medical, legal, or financial advice. To the extent permitted by law, Viventa Academy is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here reduces Viventa Academy's obligations under the Family Enrollment & Membership Agreement.
